After an 8 month hiatus, Middy Tilghman and Andrew McEwan are once again exploring the rivers of Tajikistan, this time accompanied by a new addition to the team- “Rockville Yuri”. Their blog- “Paddling in the Pamirs”- is simply outstanding. It documents some of the most hard-core explortatory kayaking with amazing photos and supurb writing. In an age of cookie-cutter park ‘n huck kayak exploits documented in a 1000 blogs, this stands out as the real deal. If you have a minute, go over and check it out.
