Adrian Kiernan, a team member of our Australian Distributor, Kayak4Play (www.kayak4play.com.au), recently took a trip to BC to run the impressive Homathko River. One of the most beautiful runs in North America- the Homathko is a big water run that is definitely taken seriously by any kayaker that is lucky enough to experience the run. Adrian chose the IR Double D Drysuit, Special K sprayskirt and IR layers to make the trip as safe as possible. Stressing the importance of safety…this is a remote, multiday trip- should something go wrong, a SPOT device, or satellite phone with a heli evacuation would be the only option. Not ideal!
