Roger is in charge of dealer sales- he’s the man to talk to if you are a retailer and have a question about orders, etc. He also is pretty handy with regular, everyday customers, so don’t let the whole “Dealer Sales” title intimidate you if you get him on the phone and you don’t own a store. Jon Harmon is from Ohio, and not afraid to admit it. He also plays Frisbee golf or Super Duper Frisbee or some such thing. He also kayaks pretty well- the pic above show Jon getting ready to actually play Frisbee while kayaking. Jon does a lot of customer service and dealer support type stuff. If you talk with her, you will receive the very best, most informative answer to your question regarding accts payable, receivable, ar any other money matter. If you think she doesn’t know whats going on, you are mistaken. You’ve heard of “Snap, bartack, trim”? That was her.
