Roger Loughney
Roger is in charge of dealer sales- he’s the man to talk to if you are a retailer and have a question about orders, etc. He also is pretty handy with regular, everyday customers, so don’t let the whole “Dealer Sales” title intimidate you if you get him on the phone and you don’t own a store. Cody Walsh
Cody is our newest addition here at IR, and he is from Ohio. He’s still a pretty good paddler, though, and evidently he likes skis, if not actually skiing. Cody runs the closeouts page, takes care of a lot of invoicing, and is our lead customer service person. Kara Weld
Kara runs the financial side of IR, and she is never wrong. If you talk with her, you will recieve the very best, most informative answer to your question regarding accts payable, receivable, ar any other money matter. If you think she doesn’t know whats going on, you are mistaken. You’ve heard of “Snap, bartack, trim”? That was her.
