Same pattern as the Women’s Guide Short, but with a 0.5 mil neoprene short sewn into the waistband and a high neoprene upper waistband to keep shorts snug against lower back and prevent chaffing against a backband. Features a soft but durable rip-stop polyester. Loose “guys” fit, ‘Velcro-less’ fly, lace-up waistband, crotch gusset, hook and loop cargo pocket on side leg. DWR finish. 8” inseam. Great for cooler weather or when a little insulation against cold water is preferred.

can’t find your co. email, so i am using the comments space to share my experience.
i got a pair of these shorts and wore them rowing sunday. everything about them is great - except the tag in the back lodged itself in just the right spot to rub my skin until it bled in two places. you may want to consider putting the tag somewhere else - i’ll cut the tag off and eventually heal, but it is painful.

Thanks for the note. The tag issue is something that we have been trying to fix for a while- the best answer is to silk screen the size and care/content on the back, but it’s easier said than done. Nonetheless, hearing from our customers on the issue certainly helps keep it high on the to-do list.
