IR Pro Purchase Qualifications & Terms:
Thank you for your interest in the IR Pro Purchase Program.
As an IR Pro Purchase Program Member, it is understood that you are placing increased demands on our gear. We know this can speed up damage due to wear and tear on the product.This means that damage due to wear and tear will happen at an accelerated rate. We reserve the right review returned products from past damage due to normal wear and tear and contact you about repair possibilities.
- Membership in this program should be considered a privilege and never a right or entitlement; this is a partnership of mutual respect.
- Pro Program members must be dealers or paid professionals in the outdoor industry.
- Any abuse of the IR Pro Program will result in forfeiture of future Pro Program privileges.
- Merchandise purchased is for personal use only.
- Merchandise may NOT be purchased for coworkers, friends, family, resale or gifts.
- Merchandise may NOT be purchased under your Pro account for outdoor programs, SAR groups, or client use.
- The Pro Program pricing is confidential and should not be disclosed to anyone who has not been invited by us to participate in the program.
- All orders must be placed on our website. We will not accept email or phone orders.
- Local sales tax will apply to all orders originating from or shipping to PA.
- Orders are subject to availability – backorders are cancelled automatically.
- All orders are subject to review.
- All orders must be shipped directly to the Pro’s verified business mailing address.
- Items will ship from Pennsylvania – all shipping charges apply including split-shipped orders.
- Please do not call or email about shipping rates.
- Pro Program members will be required to renew their Pro membership once each year.
- Qualifications & Terms are subject to change without notice.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for approval of application.
- IR reserves the right to restrict sales to any participant as they see fit.
- You cannot shop for, return or exchange products in a retail store as a pro. Please identify yourself as pro when in these locations to be courteous to store employees.
- Exchanges and returns must always be processed through our Confluence, PA returns center. Returning product at IR dealers is prohibited.
- Pro customers are not eligible for free shipping and cannot combine Sale discounts with Pro pricing.
- Color substitutions will be made for out of stock items any product unable to be delivered will be refunded.
